NATIONAL HUBS

To meet the needs of our customers quickly and promptly, we are present throughout the country with a number of HUBs used to physically manage the flow of materials and with the My Proma online platform, which allows users to view, in real time, goods in stock or those lined up for future installations.

 

In our local warehouses, we handle, pick and stock display units, integrate them with units manufactured by us and restore them in order to create new solutions. We carry out thorough checks and ship in a timely manner for our customers.

HANDLING

Thanks to our mechanised handling system, which includes the area in which goods are received, as well as picking and stocking operations, we are able to provide an efficient service that is highly reliable and enables the selection of various well-suited products in stock.

 

The layout of our warehouses has been designed to enable goods to be dealt with separately: “customer goods and new raw materials” and “goods returned from stores” are divided, enabling immediate checks, labelling and arrangement to be carried in dedicated areas (stock on shelves or on the ground) and helping to speed up restoration in dedicated areas or disposal.

PICKING

Picking is carried out using a computerised logistics system that allows us, in addition to loading and picking, to monitor warehouse flows and create reports about inventories and stocks. The easily identifiable areas and products and supporting technology that operators use help to improve and accelerate our operations.

 

We deliver goods to the production area for unit setup or assembly of various units with raw material. After this, we transfer them to a dedicated area, check them again, package them and label them. Once this stage is complete, we prepare the shipping documents, coordinating our couriers with the utmost precision.

STOCKING

We organise goods in an efficient way by analysing the products’ characteristics, assigning unique identification codes and carrying out period checks of all storage processes.

 

The optimum product storage in convenient and practical areas, the expertise of our professionals and proximity to shops/outlets mean that customers benefit from the availability and quality required to fulfil services and provide the display solutions ordered. The computerised process and the care taken storing the goods ensure fast picking and optimise both preparation time and delivery of orders.
